Ward of the Stellenbosch district (Western Cape, South Africa) on the slopes of the Simonsberg (1,400 m) at the Paarl border. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinotage in structured Bordeaux blends; dense Syrah completes the red palette (25 cellars). Deep colour, nose of blackcurrant, black cherry, tobacco and cedar after a minimum 7 years.
