Also as honeyed medium-sweet and sweet wines. Star of the Gaillac AOC appellation in dry and medium-sweet white, it defines the Gaillac identity alongside Mauzac and Sauvignon. Indigenous French white variety from the South-West, grown at Gaillac (Tarn).
