Moderate acidity, easy-drinking wines ideal young with cured meats and Piedmontese pasta. Star of Dogliani DOCG, Dolcetto d'Alba DOC, Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba DOCG and Dolcetto di Ovada DOCG.
