Predominantly white region, lively and mineral: crisp, peppery Grüner Veltliner, taut Riesling with citrus, supple, floral Müller-Thurgau, aromatic Pálava, the local signature (muscat, white flowers). More discreet reds: spicy Frankovka (Blaufränkisch) with black fruits, fine, silky Saint Laurent. The word of the wine: INAO glass
Glass adapted to wine tasting, created in the 1970s by the Institut national des appellations d'origine. At the time, it had the advantage of offering a standardised tool to all tasters.
