A rustic thirst-quenching profile to drink young. Now rare in France, still grown in South Africa (Crouchen Blanc) and Australia (mistakenly called Clare Riesling), producing simple whites. Native French white grape from the Pyrenees, once grown in Béarn and the South-West.
