A wine grape variety of the INRA-Resdur1 series with polygenic resistance (two genes for mildew and powdery mildew have been identified), resulting from an interspecific cross between Villaris and Mtp 3159-2-12 (for the latter, one of its parents is Vitis rotundifolia, which is resistant to Pierce's disease, mildew, grey rot, etc.). Little multiplied, it is registered in the Official Catalogue of wine grape varieties list A1.

The wine region of Vin de France
Vin de France is the most basic level of quality for wines from France. A method of maturing practiced in Andalusia for certain sherries, which aims to continuously blend older and younger wines. It consists of stacking several layers of barrels; those located at ground level (solera) contain the oldest wines, the youngest being stored in the barrels on the upper level. The wine to be bottled is taken from the barrels on the lower level, which is replaced by younger wine from the upper level, and so on.
