Crisp, light dry whites with a pale, sometimes copper-tinged robe, slender palate and fresh acidity, showing delicate aromas of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), green apple, pear, white flowers, almond and mineral notes. Refreshing profile. Absolute star of northern Italy: Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC, Friuli Colli Orientali DOC, Alto Adige DOC and Trentino DOC. The wine region of Galice

Oceanic northwest Spain, cradle of the great Iberian whites. Signature Albarino of Rias Baixas: lively, saline whites with signature notes of citrus, white peach, white flowers, fresh almond and iodine minerality, a taut palate — a perfect match for Atlantic seafood. Also premium Godello (pear, citrus, butter), aromatic Treixadura. Supple Mencia reds (raspberry, herbs, graphite).

The word of the wine: Black Grenache

Grenache is a black grape variety that originated in Spain and is one of the great quality varieties of southern France. Sometimes vinified on its own, it is most often blended with one or more other Rhone or southern grape varieties with complementary qualities such as Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan or Cinsault. Its wines are warm, with aromas of red fruits (cherry) and spices; they oxidize with time. Vinified alone or in very large proportions, Grenache Noir also makes great natural sweet wines in Roussillon (Rivesaltes, Banyuls, Maury) and in the Rhône Valley (Rasteau).
