Structured and elegant reds with a deep purple colour, firm yet melted tannins and a full palate with preserved acidity, offering signature aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry), spices and fresh alpine notes. A modest ageing profile. Preserved for its heritage value, it produces artisan high-altitude cuvées by a few Valais winemakers attached to rare varieties. The wine region of Valais

Switzerland's largest vineyard, capital of native grapes. Straight, precise alpine whites: light, floral Chasselas (Fendant), signature Petite Arvine with saline, grapefruit and rhubarb notes, rich, apricoty Amigne, mineral Humagne Blanche. Altitude reds: fine Pinot Noir, crisp Gamay, native Cornalin and Humagne Rouge, spicy and deep. Highly precise alpine age-worthy wines.

The word of the wine: Reasoned (agriculture)

Conventional agriculture but concerned with limiting synthetic treatments as much as possible.
