Croatian capital of sparkling: ~60% traditional-method bubbles with notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers, brioche and chalky touch. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as elegant base wines, taut Riesling and floral native Kraljevina in still whites, supple Frankovka in reds. Family bio/biodynamic estates.
