Frontenac is the signature red: deep colour with intense notes of black cherry, blackberry, plum and a spicy touch, characteristically lively acidity. Supple King of the North and Saint-Croix as complements. La Crescent as aromatic white with exotic fruits, apricot and orange blossom.
