Quality expression of generic Bordeaux: more concentrated, structured reds suited to 3-7 years' ageing, dominated by round Merlot (plum, black fruits), with firm Cabernet Sauvignon (blackcurrant, cedar), Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot for the tannic frame.
