Village AOC in the northern Hérault of the Languedoc (clay-limestone and schist soils, arid terroir): Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah are the signature kings in exclusive reds, complemented by the identity Carignan and Cinsault (min. 3 varieties, leading variety min. 40%) — deep purple when young, aromas of garrigue, ripe fruit, anise, pepper and dried flowers, well-structured with fine tannins, roundness and freshness preserved by Carignan, full body, ageing-worthy.
