Apulian region in the heart of the Salento plateau (around Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca), karstic calcareous soils, Mediterranean climate ventilated by Adriatic and Ionian breezes. Verdeca is the signature indigenous white: dry and crunchy with citrus, green apple, Mediterranean herbs, white flowers and mineral notes, lively acidity and a slightly bitter finish.
