The wine region of Fronton is located in the region of Haut-Pays of South West of France. Wineries and vineyards like the Château Bellevue La Forét or the Château Baudare produce mainly wines red, pink and white. Under the name of Mansois, it is the main grape variety of Marcillac; it is also one of the important varieties of Gaillacois, where it is called Braucol.
