Structured, original whites with a golden robe, ample palate and fresh alpine acidity, showing aromas of yellow fruits (pear, quince), candied citrus, linden, honey, white flowers and mineral notes with a slightly bitter finish. Reputed tonic, once given to new mothers. Discreet star of the Valais hillsides (Sierre, Sion, Conthey). The wine region of Guerrouane
Moroccan AOG at the foot of the Middle Atlas near Meknes (~550 m), sandy-clay-limestone soils, altitude-tempered climate. Carignan, Grenache and Cinsault signature Mediterranean reds (renowned Chergui cuvees): colourful and warm with notes of blackberry, black cherry, stewed plum, garrigue, pepper, round tannins and sunny fruit. Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet complement. Clairette, Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc in fresh whites.
