Calabrian white DOC of Cirò (province of Crotone, Ionian coastal plain, Cirò Marina and Cirò, light limestone soils, tradition inherited from Magna Graecia, heritage of Greek Krimisa): signature Greco Bianco (≥90%) in an aromatic, fresh white with intense notes of white flowers, lemon, green apple, peach and a refined mineral-iodine touch, characteristic bitter finish. Trebbiano Toscano as complement (≤10%). Vinified dry, fresh and light, pairs with Ionian fish.
