The wine region of Abruzzo
Abruzzo is an Italian wine region located on the eastern (Adriatic) coast. Its immediate neighbors in CentralItaly are Marche to the North, Lazio to the west and southwest and Molise to the southeast. Abruzzo has one DOCG - Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colline Teramane - and three DOC wine appellations. The word of the wine: Sulphur
An antiseptic and antioxidant substance known since antiquity, probably already used by the Romans. But it was only in modern times that its use was rediscovered.
