Supple and fresh reds with a clear ruby colour, melted tannins and preserved acidity despite the sun, on aromas of strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, white pepper, garrigue and spiced notes. Airy and thirst-quenching palate. A traditional component of Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC (one of the 13 authorised varieties), it brings freshness, finesse and aromatic complexity to southern blends of Côtes-du-Rhône and Languedoc. Native Rhône variety, very late-ripening.

The wine region of Aguascalientes

Central Mexican wine state among the highest vineyards in the country (~2,000 m, up to 2,250 m), semi-arid climate with large thermal swings. Cabernet Sauvignon signature as red king: structured and concentrated with blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry, eucalyptus, pepper and sweet spice hint, firm tannins and brilliant high-altitude fruit. Dense Malbec (blackberry, violet) and spicy Nebbiolo in reds. Ample Chardonnay and lively Sauvignon in whites.

Central Israel between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, high-altitude vineyards (up to 1,000 m) in the Judean Hills, terra rossa over limestone and tufa, warm days and cool nights. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah are the signature reds: elegant and structured with blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry, Mediterranean garrigue and a mineral-calcareous hint, balanced tannins.
