Signature Vermentino: dry and straight with citrus, green apple, Mediterranean herbs, white flowers and saline mineral hints, typically bitter finish. Supple Cannonau (cherry, garrigue), dense Carignano and fruity Monica in reds. Nuragus and Vernaccia as local whites.
