Mexican vinicultural altiplano (Trancoso, Jerez, Fresnillo) at 2,000–2,500 m, dry and cold climate with marked thermal amplitude slowing maturation. Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are signature king reds — structured with intense black cherry, blackberry, plum, leather and a spiced touch, firm tannins and ageing potential.
