Discover the grape variety: Traminette

Muscat-scented, structured whites with a golden robe, full palate and firm acidity. Intense aromas of rose, lychee, white flowers, yellow fruits (peach, apricot), honey and soft spices reminiscent of Gewürztraminer. Produced as dry, off-dry and sweet styles. The wine region of Valpolicella

Veronese Veneto, four styles of red around Corvina. Classic Valpolicella: fruity and light (cherry, kirsch, spice), thirst-quenching. Ripasso "re-passed" over Amarone marc: fleshier. Signature Amarone DOCG: grapes dried 120 days (appassimento), a powerful, opulent red (candied cherry, plum, chocolate), 15-16%, great ageing.

The wine region of Veneto

World star of Prosecco: fresh, light Glera sparklers with notes of pear, green apple and white flowers, fruity, convivial bubbles. Veronese reds from Corvina and Rondinella: light, crisp Bardolino, fruity Valpolicella, opulent, concentrated Amarone DOCG (black cherry, chocolate, raisin) from dried grapes. Mineral, almondy Soave (Garganega) whites, fresh Pinot Grigio. 97,500 ha, Italy's largest production.

The word of the wine: Sulphiting

Introduction of a sulphurous solution into a must or wine to protect it from accidents or diseases, or to select the ferments.
