The wine region of Blanquette de Limoux is located in the region of Limoux of Languedoc-Roussillon of France. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Calmel & Joseph or the Domaine Saint-Hilaire produce mainly wines sparkling, red and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Blanquette de Limoux are Mauzac, Chardonnay and Chenin blanc, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
