Discover the grape variety: Noual

Simple, fresh dry whites with a pale golden colour, supple palate with moderate acidity, showing undemonstrative aromas of citrus and white flowers. Discreet rustic profile. Almost extinct, preserved in INRAE varietal collections for its heritage value, a witness to the pre-phylloxera ampelographic diversity of the South-West and part of the heritage varieties under study. Rare French white variety, formerly grown in the South-West.

The wine region of Dolny &#346l&#261sk

Polish wine region of Lower Silesia in the south-west, the warmest area with Poland's longest growing season, limestone, clay and sandy soils (Trzebnica hills), tradition relaunched after eight centuries' pause. Signature Solaris white (resistant hybrid): aromatic and fresh with citrus, peach, pineapple, white flowers and honey, lively acidity. Johanniter, Seyval Blanc and Riesling as taut whites. Rondo and Regent as light fruity reds.

The word of the wine: Acescence

An alteration in wine also known as pitting (hence the expression piqué wine), due to the presence of acetic acid and ethyl acetate, and characterized by a vinegar-like odor.
