Signature Cabernet Sauvignon as king red: structured and deep with notes of cassis, blackberry, black cherry, cedar, tobacco and spices, firm tannins and long palate. Supple Cabernet Gernischt (parent of Carmenère), round Merlot (plum, cocoa). Whites: ample Chardonnay (pear, butter, flowers).
