Vibrant and fresh rosés and clairets with a pale robe and tender mouth, featuring aromas of white flowers, citrus, fennel and delicate anise notes. Moderate acidity, light finish. A pink-skinned mutation of clairette blanche, occasionally blended into Provençal and Languedoc rosés.
