Legendary indigenous Ariousios (ancient wine praised by Strabo) is the flagship red — deep with intense notes of dark fruits, ripe cherry, Mediterranean herbs and a refined solar-balsamic character, taut structure. Agianniotiko, Mandilaria and Fokiano as supple reds. Assyrtiko, Athiri, Moschato Aspro and Savatiano as lively whites with citrus and a saline-iodine touch.
