The wine region of Escondido Valley is located in the region of Texas of United States. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Kuhlman Cellars or the Domaine Wildfire produce mainly wines red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Escondido Valley are Zinfandel, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Escondido Valley often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or oak and sometimes also flavors of red fruit, black fruit.
We currently count 2 estates and châteaux in the of Escondido Valley, producing 2 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Escondido Valley go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or goat cheese.
