The wine region of Swan Creek is located in the region of Yadkin Valley of North Carolina of United States. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Raffaldini or the Domaine Raffaldini produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Swan Creek are Sangiovese, Merlot and Petit Verdot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
