The wine region of Ourém is located in the region of Encostas d'Aire of Lisboa of Portugal. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Carlos Sousa or the Domaine Carlos Sousa produce mainly wines red. In the mouth of Ourém is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. We currently count 1 estates and châteaux in the of Ourém, producing 2 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.
The wines of Ourém go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or veal.
