The wine region of Verduno is located in the region of Piémont of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Castello di Verduno or the Domaine Comm. G. B.
Burlotto produce mainly wines red, pink and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Verduno are Nebbiolo, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Verduno often reveals types of flavors of cherry, dried strawberry or tar and sometimes also flavors of red fruit, black fruit or floral. In the mouth of Verduno is a powerful with a lot of tannins present in the mouth.
We currently count 21 estates and châteaux in the of Verduno, producing 26 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Verduno go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or lamb.
