The wine region of Valli Ossolane is located in the region of Piémont of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Garrone or the Domaine Garrone produce mainly wines red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Valli Ossolane are Nebbiolo et Merlot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Valli Ossolane often reveals types of flavors of earth, microbio or oak and sometimes also flavors of spices, red fruit or black fruit.
In the mouth of Valli Ossolane is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. We currently count 3 estates and châteaux in the of Valli Ossolane, producing 5 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Valli Ossolane go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or lamb.
