Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Cantine Valpane or the Domaine Auriel produce mainly wines red and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese are Grignolino, Cortese and Nebbiolo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
