Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Dirupi or the Domaine Mamete Prevostini produce mainly wines red and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Sforzato della Valtellina are Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Solaris, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Sforzato della Valtellina often reveals types of flavors of oaky, plum or raisin and sometimes also flavors of cheese, microbio or citrus fruit.
