The wine region of Slopes of Paiko is located in the region of Kilkis of Macedonia of Greece. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Kthma Xatzhbapyth or the Domaine Kthma Xatzhbapyth produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Slopes of Paiko are Xinomavro, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Assyrtiko, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Slopes of Paiko often reveals types of flavors of spices, red fruit or non oak and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, oak or tree fruit.
