Discovering the wine region of Syros
The wine region of Syros is located in the region of Cyclades of Syros of Greece. Wineries and vineyards like the Syros Winery or the Domaine Ousyra (Ουσύρα) produce mainly wines white. On the nose of Syros often reveals types of flavors of microbio, vegetal or tree fruit and sometimes also flavors of citrus fruit, earth. We currently count 3 estates and châteaux in the of Syros, producing 3 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.
