The wine region of Chios is located in the region of Aegean Sea of Greece. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Ariousios or the Domaine Ariousios produce mainly wines red and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Chios are Assyrtiko et Agiorgitiko, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
