Jos. Prüm produce mainly wines white, sweet and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Bernkastel are Riesling, Dornfelder and Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Bernkastel often reveals types of flavors of tropical, tree fruit or black fruit and sometimes also flavors of spices, oak or non oak.
