Confidential IGP from Haute-Marne between the Langres plateau and the Vosges, steep south-facing slopes at 300–400 m. Pinot Noir and Gamay produce light, lively reds and rosés with cherry, raspberry, redcurrant and a delicate herbal touch, fresh and tangy palate. Auxerrois and Chardonnay give bright whites with white flowers, rhubarb and citrus. Aromatic Gewurztraminer and Muscat.
