Wineries and vineyards like the Domaines Schlumberger or the Domaine Dirler-Cadé produce mainly wines white and sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Alsace Grand Cru 'Kitterle' are Riesling et Gewurztraminer, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
