Historic Georgian PDO of Shida Kakheti (Gurjaani, right bank of the Alazani at 350-750 m, alluvial and calcareous soils), temperate continental climate. Rkatsiteli (≥85%) is the flagship dry white — lively and structured with intense notes of citrus, stone fruits, honey, apricot, white flowers and a refined mineral-Caucasian character, taut acidity. Mtsvane Kakhuri (≤15%) as aromatic complement. Fresh European or traditional amber qvevri vinification.
