Mâcon geographic denomination (2005, Chevagny-lès-Chevrières, Hurigny, La Roche-Vineuse): Chardonnay for whites and Gamay for reds/rosés. Deep gold colour, nose of vanilla, ripe tropical fruits (mango) and the chalky minerality signature of 170 Ma Bajocian limestone soils.
