Structured, aromatic dry whites with a pale golden robe, a broad palate and preserved acidity, with signature aromas of citrus (lemon), white flowers, white-fleshed fruits (peach) and Caucasian mineral notes. Also made as tannic orange wines in qvevri (buried jars) with dried fruit and spice notes. Grown in Kakheti (eastern Georgia), it embodies Georgian viticultural identity and the qvevri heritage. Moroccan AOG at the foot of the Middle Atlas near Meknes (~550 m), sandy-clay-limestone soils, altitude-tempered climate. Carignan, Grenache and Cinsault signature Mediterranean reds (renowned Chergui cuvees): colourful and warm with notes of blackberry, black cherry, stewed plum, garrigue, pepper, round tannins and sunny fruit. Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet complement. Clairette, Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc in fresh whites.
