The absolute star of Château-Chalon AOC, Arbois AOC, l'Étoile AOC and Côtes du Jura AOC. A very ancient Jurassian autochthon, probable ancestor of many European varieties.

High-altitude Australian region (600-1,100 m) in New South Wales: signature Chardonnay as king white — racy and mineral with notes of lively citrus, green apple, pear, white flowers and a chalky touch, chiselled acidity preserved by the cool climate.
