Pinot Noir is the signature champagne variety (75%): rare saline mineral freshness with flowers (violet, fern), ripe fruits (yellow peach, apple), brioche and a grilled iodine finish. Taut Chardonnay (25%) as complement, oak fermentation, extended lees aging, velvety texture.
