The wine region of High Eden

The wine region of High Eden is located in the region of Eden Valley of Australie du Sud of Australia. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Mountadam Vineyards or the Domaine Shobbrook produce mainly wines red, white and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of High Eden are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Riesling and Merlot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of High Eden often reveals types of flavors of cherry, black fruits or tropical fruit and sometimes also flavors of kerosene, petroleum or citrus fruit.
