Chardonnay flagship white: lively and straight with green apple, citrus, white flowers and mineral touch, tense thirst-quenching acidity. Full Pinot Gris, floral Auxerrois and aromatic Müller-Thurgau in whites. Airy Pinot Noir in light red.
The wine region of Wallonie
Southern Belgian vineyard (~36% of national production), clay-limestone and schist soils, cool temperate climate. Aerial Pinot Noir (cherry, raspberry, undergrowth), round Pinot Meunier. Crémant de Wallonie as flagship specialty.
