Discover the grape variety: Kernling

Aromatic, structured whites and pale rosés with a pinkish-skinned robe, a supple palate with preserved acidity. Signature muscat-style aromas, white flowers and yellow fruits inherited from the Kerner. Productive and early ripening. Grown on small surfaces in Germany (Württemberg) in blended white and rosé cuvées. A grey German variety, a reddish-skinned mutation of the Kerner, obtained at Weinsberg.

The wine region of Tharros

Isolated Premier Cru climat on the right bank of the Serein (south-east of Chablis, towards Poilly-sur-Serein, south-east exposure on steep slope): 100% Chardonnay — taut, pure and ascetic profile typical of the right bank with notes of lime, flint, seaweed, acid and saline palate, extreme finesse. Light structure in youth opening after 5-7 years. Outcropping, poor and stony Kimmeridgian soil. Pure and unadorned expression of Chablis terroir.

The wine region of Sardinia

Italian Mediterranean wine island with 250+ varieties, strong native identity. Signature Cannonau (Grenache) in red: warm and deep with signature ripe cherry, garrigue, myrtle, spice and a balsamic touch, round tannins and a sun-drenched palate. Vermentino di Gallura DOCG star white (80% of Italian Vermentino): fresh and saline (citrus, pear, almond, sea iodine). Also dense Carignan, supple Monica, lively Nuragus, rare oxidative Vernaccia di Oristano.

The word of the wine: Pulp

Fleshy and juicy part of the grape berry, it contains sugars, organic acids and various nitrogenous and mineral compounds.
