The Andre Clouet Domaine de Champagne Grand Cru Bouzy, located in France, is an estate situated at the top of the Bouzy champagne appellation. The Domaine has a long and rich history dating back to the 18th century. In 1794, the most significant generation arrived, that of the Clouets. The Clouets devoted themselves to producing high-quality champagnes with passion and precision. Since then, the Clouets have committed themselves to maintaining quality and excellence in their champagne production. They have four hectares of vineyards, scattered around the village of Bouzy, enabling them to achieve the best of the Grand Cru. They nurture their vines with much tenderness and respect for the environment, producing grapes that are then carefully selected and turned into noble liqueur. Their collection features brut champagnes, brut Grand Cru, rosé and blanc de blanc, all produced with intense and meticulous traditional winemaking methods. To complement their production methods, they minimally control the harvest, vinify and blend wines, carry out a second fermentation in the bottle, and rack on lees before disgorging and moussing. Finally, they promote the slow aging of the wines, letting them rest and evolve to bring out the best in them. Being one of the oldest domains of the appellation, the Andre Clouet Domaine has moved with the times and has become a reference for production and beautiful winemaking. They continue to produce the best Bouzy Grand Cru champagnes, now and in the future.
