Discover the grape variety: Rondinella

Light, fruity reds with a pale robe, discreet tannins and fresh acidity, showing aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, gentle spice and herbal notes. A faithful companion to Corvina in the typical Valpolicella blends: fresh, gulpable Bardolino DOC, Valpolicella DOC, concentrated Amarone DOCG and sweet Recioto DOCG. The wine region of Valdeorras

Galicia DO on the Sil valley, schist and granite terraces. Signature Godello white king (native revival): ample and mineral with notes of white apple, pear, peach, fennel, white flowers and a slate touch, taut and lengthy palate — a great Spanish white capable of ageing. Mencía star red: fine and fresh with notes of black cherry, blackberry, white pepper, violet and mineral touch, fine tannins. Roman winegrowing cradle.

The wine region of Galice

Oceanic northwest Spain, cradle of the great Iberian whites. Signature Albarino of Rias Baixas: lively, saline whites with signature notes of citrus, white peach, white flowers, fresh almond and iodine minerality, a taut palate — a perfect match for Atlantic seafood. Also premium Godello (pear, citrus, butter), aromatic Treixadura. Supple Mencia reds (raspberry, herbs, graphite).

The word of the wine: Gross

Champagne with between 6 and 15 grams of sugar (see dosage liqueur).
