Exceptional sweet wines obtained by on-vine drying, with an unctuous mouth balanced by cutting acidity, featuring intense aromas of candied pineapple, mango, candied citrus, dried apricot, honey, dried fruits and sweet spice notes. The wine region of Tasmanie

Cool austral island south of Australia, a cool-climate benchmark. Signature Pinot Noir: fine, fresh reds with notes of red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry and spices, delicate tannins and taut acidity — often compared to Burgundy. Precise, mineral Chardonnay (lemon, brioche), vibrant dry Riesling. Renowned speciality: refined traditional-method sparklers, among the best outside France.

The word of the wine: Tressallier

White grape variety from the Allier region, identical to the Sacy variety grown in Burgundy. Rarely vinified on its own, it is used in the blending of Saint-Pourçain white wines, associated with chardonnay, the main grape variety of the appellation. Syn.: sacy.
